These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ResumeUp — AI Resume Builder (the "App"), operated by Achieve Zone LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada.
By downloading, signing in to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ResumeUp is a resume building tool. It helps you assemble, format, and export a professional resume, generate and tailor cover letters, and receive job listings matched to preferences you provide. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft and improve written content.
The App is a document preparation and job discovery tool. It is not an employment agency, a recruiter, a career counseling service, or a guarantee of employment. We do not submit applications on your behalf, and we do not have any relationship with the employers whose listings appear in the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App is not intended for and may not be used by minors.
An account is required to use the App. Accounts are created using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. The App does not offer email-and-password registration, and we never create, receive, or store a password for you — authentication is performed entirely by Apple or Google.

You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your device. Removing the App does not cancel an active subscription — see Section 5. For questions about your account or your personal information, including requests relating to your personal information, contact us at support@achieve.zone. Our handling of such requests is described in the ResumeUp Privacy Policy.
The App offers a free tier supported by advertising. By using the free tier, you understand and agree that advertising will be displayed.
Certain features may be limited in the free tier. The features available in each tier are described in the App and may change over time.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove advertising.
Available plans. Subscriptions are offered in weekly and monthly durations. The specific plans available, the features they include, and their prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. The price you will be charged is always disclosed to you in the App before you complete a purchase.
Free trial. We may offer a free trial period. Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price and duration of the subscription that follows it are disclosed at the time you sign up. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Free trials are limited to one per user and per store account, and may not be available in all regions or in combination with other offers.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Under Apple and Google store rules, cancellation generally must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
How to cancel. You manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not through us. We are not able to cancel a subscription on your behalf. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payment and refunds. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account and are subject to that store's terms, including its refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google. We are not able to issue refunds directly. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial billing periods.
Prices may change. We set prices and may change them, and we may vary pricing by region, by plan, or as part of promotional offers. Promotional pricing may be offered for a limited time and withdrawn or modified at any time. A price change will not take effect for an existing subscription without notice to you as required by the applicable app store, and where required, your consent. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Where subscriptions apply. A subscription purchased through one app store is valid on that platform's account. Restoring purchases on a new device is subject to that store's restore functionality and policies.
You own your content. The resume content, employment history, cover letter text, and other material you enter into the App remain yours.
License to operate the App. You grant Achieve Zone a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, transmit, format, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you — including storing it on your device and on our servers, making it available across your devices, formatting it into documents, and transmitting relevant portions to our artificial intelligence provider for processing as described in Section 7. This license exists only to operate the service for you and ends when we cease providing the App to you or when your content is removed in accordance with applicable law. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not license, sell, or disclose it to employers, recruiters, or advertisers.
Your responsibility for accuracy. You represent that the information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to include it. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of your resume. Misrepresenting your qualifications, employment history, education, or credentials may have serious consequences, including loss of employment and, in some circumstances, legal liability. We do not verify anything you enter.
Sensitive information. We ask that you not enter government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information into the App.
Some features use an artificial intelligence service provided by a third party, currently OpenAI, to draft, improve, and tailor written content. By using these features, you agree that the relevant portions of your content are transmitted to that provider for processing.

The App may display job listings supplied by third-party data providers.
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in interviews, job offers, or employment. Statements about resume quality, applicant tracking system compatibility, or matching are descriptions of our features, not promises of any outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on factors outside our control.
You may use the App for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Our determination of what constitutes abuse is final.
The App and all of its content — including its templates, layouts, prompts, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — are the property of Achieve Zone LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The names "Achieve Zone" and "ResumeUp," and related logos and taglines, are trademarks of Achieve Zone LLC. This does not affect your ownership of the resume content you enter, as described in Section 6.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The App uses Apple and Google for authentication and for purchases; third-party hosting and infrastructure providers for server-side storage; Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting; Google AdMob for advertising in the free tier; Adapty for subscription management; a third-party artificial intelligence provider as described in Section 7; and a third-party job listings data provider as described in Section 8. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their services.
Your use of the App is governed by our ResumeUp Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how AI processing works, where your resume content is stored, and how to exercise your rights regarding your personal information.
Nothing in the App constitutes legal, financial, immigration, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing in the App constitutes professional career counseling or an employment recommendation. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from our products.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the App. We do not warrant that the App will be available without interruption. Where we discontinue a paid feature you are actively subscribed to, we will provide notice and, where required, a pro-rated refund through the applicable app store.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any of its features if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your device. Removing the App does not cancel an active subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 9, 17, 18, 19, and 21 — will survive.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achieve Zone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that resumes produced with the App will pass any applicant tracking system, meet any employer's requirements, or lead to any employment outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achieve Zone LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost employment opportunities, lost wages, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App — including any reliance on AI-generated content or job listings — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Achieve Zone LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the App, the content you submit, any misrepresentation in a resume or cover letter you produce using the App, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small claims court or to pursue remedies available to you under mandatory local consumer protection law.

If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the ResumeUp Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Achieve Zone regarding the App.
