These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HELP — Handy Essential Language Phrases (the "App"), operated by Achieve Zone LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
HELP is a phrasebook-based language learning app that helps speakers of other languages learn essential English phrases. It provides curated everyday phrases organized into practical categories, with phonetic spellings written in the learner's own script, and self-paced study modes.
The App is provided for general educational purposes. It is not a translation service, an interpreter, or a substitute for professional language instruction.
The App is free to download and use. There is no subscription, no purchase requirement, and no paid tier. No account, email address, or payment method is required.
The App is supported by advertising. By using the App, you understand and agree that advertising will be displayed, including banner advertising and optional rewarded advertising.
The App includes a referral feature that allows you to earn an ad-free period at no cost by sharing a referral code and by redeeming a code from another user. Referring additional users may extend the ad-free period.

Your study progress is stored locally on your device. Progress does not sync between devices and cannot be recovered by us if the App is deleted or your device is lost, replaced, or reset.

The App and all of its content — including its phrase collections, translations, phonetic spellings, audio, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — are the property of Achieve Zone LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The names "Achieve Zone," "HELP," and "Handy Essential Language Phrases," and related logos and taglines, are trademarks of Achieve Zone LLC.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.
We work to provide accurate, natural, and useful phrases, translations, and phonetic guides. However, language is contextual, regional, and constantly evolving. Translations and pronunciations are approximations intended to help you communicate in everyday situations.
Audio pronunciation, where available, is generated using the text-to-speech capabilities available on your device and is not available for every language on every platform. Where audio is unavailable, phonetic spelling is provided for every phrase.
The App is not intended for use in medical, legal, safety-critical, or emergency situations where an error in translation could cause harm. Phrases relating to health, medical, emergency, or safety topics are provided for general convenience only and are not a substitute for a qualified interpreter or emergency services.
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google Firebase for referral validation, analytics, and crash reporting. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their services.
Your use of the App is governed by our HELP Privacy Policy.
Nothing in the App constitutes legal, financial, medical, immigration, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from our products.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achieve Zone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achieve Zone LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including any reliance on translations, phonetics, or audio. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Achieve Zone LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any of its features if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Achieve Zone LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
